FT is an independent property search and relocation agency and was founded in January 1999 by partners Salil Joshi and David Rauch.
Salil has over 20 years in both residential and commercial agency. He has acted for major plc clients such as J D Wetherspoon plc, Bourne Leisure plc and Regent Inns plc to name but a few. Salil is an avid cricket and F1 fan.
David also has over 20 years property experience with several key development projects under his belt. David’s initial background as director of a successful publishing company has given him a keen eye for detail. David is a keen skier and fluent German speaker.
